Big passion about anything 3d since i was 14yr old and managed to get my hands on a copy of 3DS Max R3 to blow up planets and asteroids.
Started doing work ( in 3D) about 12 years ago, while being a graphic designer at that time (print, web design, flash, some 2d animation like flash)
Started my way up from arch rendering / modelling and visualization (in 2007-2008)
Moved up towards product vis, product modelling, concept modelling and then sculpting around 2010.
Love working within a PBR workflow when it comes to asset modelling (organic or hard surface)
More recently i`ve been doing lots of hard surface modelling as well as product / tech animations.
i started up doing 2D animation (with flash, html, Fireworks back in 2005 and moved up towards more elaborate stuff like after effects compositing and motion design, walkthrough animation, particle sim, fluid sim, dinamics... etc)
I was slowly going towards character animation, rigging and similar areas, but ended up doing more and more tech stuff Realflow, 3DS Max, C4D.
Realized that the tech areas of modelling and animation are just as interesting as the more classically perceived creative/organic areas.
I`m an adaptable, self-taught, problem solving type of person; very dedicated towards my work and comfortable working within deadlines and people.
(Though, to be honest, i generally feel I undestand computers better than most people outside my area of work)
I`m 34 years old, happily married, with a close-to-1yr old kid and 2 senior cats (9yr)
Been living in Manchester since 2018 and before that, London since 2010.
